From a street stall selling Teochew-style pork rib soup in 1955, the fame of NG AH SIO’s Bak Kut Teh has spread far and wide. The eatery was moved to Rangoon Road in 1988 and has since served numerous bowls of tender, juicy pork ribs slow cooked in a heartwarmingly aromatic soup.
