Terms and Conditions

• Linkpoints issuance and/or redemption is applicable only to Link members who have enrolled for a course in NTUC LearningHub or signed up for a subscription or course on the LXP Portal.
• To be eligible for Linkpoints on LXP Portal, a member must register using their Link-registered mobile number.
• Linkpoints will be credited within 3 working days for transactions made on LXP Portal.
• To be eligible for Linkpoints at NTUC LearningHub branches/sales centre, a member must present their Link Rewards card or the QR code under the 'Pay / Earn' screen on their FairPrice Group app that is connected to a Link account.
• Linkpoints are not transferable.
• NTUC LearningHub and NTUC Link reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
