Fine Print

1. General public can subscribe to LXP at $120/ year.

2. NTUC members can enjoy the same library of courses at a subsidized subscription fee of $60/ year*, after funding from NTUC LHUB and training benefits from NTUC’s Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).

3. *The use of UTAP funding requires users to remain as an NTUC Member, complete at least one online course on LXP within 3 months upon signing up, and no cancellation of the subscription within the year will be allowed. Otherwise, NTUC LHUB reserves the rights to recover the subscription funding.

4. Eligible individuals can use SkillsFuture Credit to pay for their full LXP subscription from 17 November 2021 to 8 September 2023.

5. Eligible individuals: All Singaporeans, aged 25 or above as at 31 December 2020.

6. LinkPoints eligibility is for nett amount payable after usage of any UTAP or any other forms of subsidies.

7. LinkPoints issuance is applicable only to Plus! members who signed up for a subscription or course on the LXP Portal.

8. LinkPoints will be credited within 3 working days for transactions made on LXP.

9. Please register on LXP using your Plus! Registered mobile number in order to earn LinkPoints.

10. NTUC LearningHub and NTUC Link reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
