Conversion Rate

100 Linkpoints = 50 KrisFlyer miles
200 Linkpoints = 100 KrisFlyer miles
1,000 Linkpoints = 500 KrisFlyer miles
2,000 Linkpoints = 1,070 KrisFlyer miles
5,000 Linkpoints = 2,680 KrisFlyer miles
3,000 KrisFlyer miles = 1,800 Linkpoints

Terms and Conditions

• Conversion is only possible if the name in your Link account matches the name registered to the KrisFlyer account.
• Any mismatch between names registered in Link account and KrisFlyer account will lead to the non accrual of KrisFlyer miles and Linkpoints.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of NTUC Link Private Limited shall be final.
• Upon submission, all Linkpoints exchange conversion requests are final. Conversion requests cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Link member.
• One Link Rewards Programme account can only be linked to one Partner’s account.
• If a conversion request from Linkpoints to our Partner’s Points has failed, Linkpoints will be credited back into the Link member’s account in 5 working days.
• A minimum of 3,000 KrisFlyer miles is required per conversion, and a maximum of 80,000 KrisFlyer miles is allowed for conversion per calendar year.
• Link members must transfer KrisFlyer miles to their own individual KrisFlyer account. A Link Member is not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account that does not belong to them.
• Linkpoints converted to KrisFlyer miles are subjected to the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme and vice versa.
