Terms and Conditions
• Please ensure the email address and mobile number associated with your Link account matches the email address and mobile number registered to your Atome account.
• Any mismatch between email address and mobile number registered in your Link account and Atome account will lead to the nonaccrual of Linkpoints and Atome+ points.
• In case of any dispute. the decision of NTUC Link Private Limited shall be final.
• Upon submission, all Linkpoints exchange conversion requests are final. Conversion requests cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Link member.
• One Link account can only be linked to one Atome account.
• Atome+ points converted to Linkpoints are subjected to the terms and conditions of the Atome+ programme.
